Leeds throw away a 2-0 lead and need a late winner to win the Yorkshire Derby as the curtain comes down on 1967. Jimmy Greenhoff opens the scoring after Mick Jones beats two men on the left and puts in a cross. The lead is increased through an Eddie Gray header but John Ritchie pulls a goal back. Jack Whitman then beats Gary Sprake with a low drive but Leeds press and win the game with a Norman Hunter thunderbolt.
